This 48-inch wide, 24-inch deep cubes ice maker has a maximum 24-hour production capacity of 1,9150 lbs. This unit uses a remote condenser that won't produce noise or release heat into the room. 

If water or environment conditions are not the most ideal, the acoustical ice-sensing probe and active sense on this commercial ice maker will keep the output consistent including the density and the thickness of each cube. This unit is built for heavy use as well, with the DuraTech exterior that is hard to rust or corrode but very easy to keep clean.

This cubes ice machine makes your operation more accurate and removes much of the guesswork and manual intervention so you can get the results you need with less effort and more precision. The EasyTouch display gives you one-touch control of various features, allowing you to program how much ice this Manitowoc Ice unit should produce and set a time of the day it turns off automatically so it doesn’t consume more energy than it needs. There is even a special night-time programming where it automatically powers down after-hours and kicks back up in the morning to get the day started seamlessly.

This Indigo Series ice machine is intelligent enough to monitor how it performs and runs preventative maintenance complete with data feedback you can access from the EasyTouch display so the unit runs as it should while also enabling you to make more accurate service calls. It even lets you know when it is up for a cleaning session, which is made simpler with the foodzone and components easily accessible and detachable and the AlphaSan on the foodzone putting up a reliable defense against microbial damage. You can also install an innovative accessory called the LuminIce Growth Inhibitor, which is specifically designed to target bacteria and yeast growth. 

The Manitowoc IDT1900N is an ice machine head only unit that is NSF, CE, and cULus-certified. It requires a 208-230-volt, 60 Hertz, 1-ph electrical connection.
