If you’re looking for a range that can keep up with your restaurant’s busiest rushes without skipping a beat, the 72CC-8B24G Endurance™ Restaurant Range from Vulcan should be on your shortlist. This range offers two convection ovens, a griddle, and open top burners. This 72” wide range unit gets users the maximum amount of real estate for the cooking equipment they need in their kitchen. Aside from being extremely durable the units are also visually appealing, the perfect balance between form and function.
The Vulcan Endurance Series™ lineup of Restaurant Gas Ranges consist of the highest quality pieces of equipment available in the category. WIth an aluminized frame featuring MIG welding, this unit is sure to stand up to daily use without any issue.
This range's eight open top burners feature Vulcan's flash tube pilot system which protects the pilots from boilovers and spills. This system uses a single pilot for every two burners which also reduces the amount of gas consumed over time. Lift-off burner heads and cast grates make for simple maintenance and durability you can rely on.
The 24” wide griddle on this range allows users to easily manipulate food. To keep the temperature of the cooking surface consistent this griddle has a ⅞” thick griddle plate. Grease management is made simple with a 4” wide grease trough that fits most spatulas, the grease is channeled into an extra-deep crumb tray that is easy to remove for cleaning.
Both convection ovens at the base of this range have 26-⅜” openings and two racks that can be adjusted to four positions. A 115v/60/1-ph blower using 4.0 amps of current in each oven quickly and evenly circulates air and is connected to a power outlet with a 6’ power cord. Both ovens can be set to bake at temperatures between 250°F and 500°F.
This range requires a gas input of 350,000 BTU/hr.
