If your restaurant needs a range that comes with two oven cavities and a dozen burners, the Vulcan 72SS-12B Endurance™ Restaurant Range is an easy pick that won’t let you down. This range unit is 72” wide and utilizes stainless steel construction for its sides, front, back riser, and high shelf for durability that will ensure it will serve without issue for several years.
In the category of Restaurant Gas Ranges, the Endurance Series™ from Vulcan is unmatched. The aluminized steel frame is fully MIG welded to make sure it can keep up with your kitchen’s output.
Each pair of this range’s dozen open-top burners use Vulcan’s innovative flash tube pilot system. This system uses a shrouded pilot that reduces the amount of gas consumed by the range while protecting the pilot from boilovers and spills. Cleaning and maintaining the open top burners is simple thanks to the simple lift-off design on the burner heads and heavy-duty cast grates.
Both standard ovens in this range have a 26-⅜” wide opening and full baker’s depth, each cavity has two oven racks with four positions. The oven bottoms and door panels feature porcelain for insulation. These ovens have thermostats that can be set from 250°F to 500°F.
The gas input required by this range is 430,000 BTU/hr.
