Commercial Deep Fryer, gas, floor model, split pot, 25 lb. fat capacity each, cast iron vertical burners, thermostatically controlled, milivolt control valve, (2) twin baskets, hanger plate, stainless steel front & galvanized sides, casters, 1/2" NPT rear gas connection, 120,000 BTU, cETLus, ETL-Sanitation

This is the fryer we needed to keep up with the higher demand for fried food in our restaurant and it really gets the job done. It's so impressive how quickly it heats up. Before we know it, we're cooking batch after batch, fulfilling orders like a rockstar and each one is perfectly crisp and golden

A great value for money. For the price, you get so much more with this fryer. Heats evenly and quickly so everything is cooked thoroughly and comes out golden brown. This fryer really improved our restaurant in many ways
