The Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is a Elevation Series Modular Cube Ice Maker that requires a remote condenser unit and can produce up to 973 lbs of ice every 24 hours. Remote condenser units are usually used in places with a hot climate where an establishment does not want the heat output of a self-contained air-cooled ice maker to work against their cooling system. Water-cooled ice makers might not be a good option either especially if the climate is arid and water is priced high.

This model produces full-sized ice cubes that measure 7/8” on each edge. For the production of 100 lbs of ice, this ice cuber consumes 19 gallons of water and 5.1 kWh of power. The voltage configuration of this model is 208-230v/60/3-ph and it draws 9.5 amps of current.

One of the key features of Elevation Series™ Full Dice Ice Machine units is the Plastic Food Zone which envelops the ice maker’s core. These BPA-free snap-together plastic parts are easy to service without any tools and can be washed in a dishwasher.
