If your operations need to handle frozen items in bulk, an indoor walk-in freezer like the KLF7748-C 4' x 8' x 7'-7" H Kold Locker from NorLake is a great option for its capacity and convenience. 

Both the interior and exterior of panels of this commercial walk-in freezer feature 26 gauge steel with a corrosion-resistant embossed stucco coating. The 4” thick panels are filled in with foamed-in-place insulation and have an R-value of 32. These panels fit together with male and female mating rails to make sure they’re aligned properly and foamed-in-place cam locking fasteners maintain an air-tight seal. The exterior perimeter of the panels has panel gaskets without cuts or breaks at corners. The floor panels feature a smooth aluminum surface that can handle uniform loads up to 800 lbs. per square foot. Floor and ceiling panels have edge caps foamed-in-place to secure them for the service life of the walk-in.

The door that ships standard with this walk-in unit is 26” wide and comes with a stepped profile providing a barrier against airflow. The door is hung on two cam-lift hinges that are field adjustable to make sure the door opens smoothly and closes securely over the years. The door can be ordered with the hinges on the left or right depending on the needs of your installation.  A spring-loaded door closer is included to make sure the door is never left ajar. The 4-foot wide panel the door comes prehung on comes complete with a powerful LED lighting fixture operated by a switch that is also connected to an exterior indicator light, a replaceable perimeter heating wire, magnetic stainless steel trim, and a digital thermometer. The contents of the walk-in are kept secure by an NL 9800 deadbolt locking handle that can also be locked with a padlock. To keep workers safe, the walk-in has a safety release to keep them from getting locked inside.

The ceiling-mounted RCPF075JC-S-4-EV Capsule Pak Refrigeration System produces 2637 BTU/hr of cooling to keep everything inside at -10°F. Temperature control is achieved with the Enviro-Control™ system, it makes sure the temperature inside is maintained efficiently. This unit is also used for setting the defrost timer or starting a manual defrost cycle. To remove the need for a floor drain, this unit comes with an automatic condensate vaporizer.
