The 72CC-12B Endurance™ Restaurant Range from Vulcan offers a cooktop with a dozen open top burners on top of two convection ovens. Users will appreciate the amount of space they get to work with thanks to this unit’s 72” width. The ergonomics of the cooktops make long busy days pass with little stress.

When it comes to Restaurant Gas Ranges, the Endurance Series™ from Vulcan is unmatched. The aluminized steel frame is fully MIG welded to make sure it can keep up with your kitchen’s output.

This range has half as many pilots as other ranges on the market with the same number of burners. This possible with Vulcan's shrouded flash tube pilot system which reduces the amount of gas used by the range over time while preventing the pilots from being extinguished by spills and boilovers. To make sure cleaning and maintenance of the open top burners is as easy as possible, the cast grates easily lift-off, and the burner heads also feature a lift-off design.

Both convection ovens in this range have a 26-⅜” wide opening and full baker’s depth, each cavity has two oven racks with four positions. The oven bottoms and door panels feature porcelain for insulation. The oven cavities can be thermostatically set from 250°F to 500°F.
