Vulcan VCRH12 Description
If your restaurant needs a reliable hotplate designed for use on a countertop the VCRH12 from Vulcan offers two burners and is extremely dependable. With an output of 25,000 BTU/hr, each burner is easily controlled with precise infinite heat control valves. Commercial Hotplates provide a space-efficient cooking options.
The burner heads are lift-off for easy cleaning and maintenance. Heavy-duty cast iron top grates provide a stable platform for pots and pans. The operation of this hotplate is simple with its standing pilot ignition system.
For easy cleaning and maintenance, the exterior features stainless steel construction for the front top ledge, front, and sides. The full-width crumb tray catches debris for easy cleaning. 4” adjustable legs keep the hotplate level even on an uneven surface with a 13” cooking height.
To fuel this hotplate 50,000 BTU/hr of gas input is required through its ¾” rear gas connection.
