Vulcan VCRH24 Description
The VCRH24 from Vulcan is a gas-powered countertop hotplate that has four burners. For precise control over the 25,000 BTU/hr each burner can produce each one is infinitely adjustable via the heat control valve. Commercial Hotplates from Vulcan are extremely reliable and will serve in busy kitchens without issue.
For easy maintenance and cleaning the burner heads are a lift-off design. Pots and pans are supported by heavy-duty cast-iron grates. The operation of this hotplate is simple with its standing pilot ignition system.
The sides, front top ledge, and front feature stainless steel construction for durability that will maintain its looks year after year. Crumbs are caught by the full-width crumb tray making it simple to remove debris that falls from pots and pans. To keep this hotplate level it stands on adjustable 4” legs and it features a 13” cooking height.
In total, this hotplate needs 100,000 BTU/hr of gas input through its rear gas connection.
