These Electric Convection Steamers are wired to use 208v/60/3-ph power and each steamer holds six 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans.

AccuTemp is confident that this steamer can be used with any potable water without the need for filtration or treatment. These steamers are designed to work perfectly with hard water. As such they are covered by AccuTemp’s lifetime service and support guarantee and don’t require regularly scheduled de-liming. This is because the patent-pending SVT system uses simple steam collectors and distributor panels to spread steam evenly. These parts are easy to remove and dishwasher safe.

The control panels on these steamers are simple and intuitive to use. Digital temperature displays are clearly visible allowing users to check the running temperatures at a glance. For quick reference, the operating instructions are printed on each door in English and Spanish. An independent digital timer with a programmable preset is included to make sure food is heated or cooked for the proper amount of time.

These Electric Convection Steamer units are connectionless and don’t need any plumbing. Each of these steamers has its own 3-gallon reservoir that is filled manually.
