Frying on this thing is a blast. Even when I keep putting raw food into the oil, the temp is maintained basically until the cooking session is complete. The dual tank design helps us cook different foods at the same time, saves us precious minutes and hours

Impressed with this fryer. It's small but the cooking tank itself is surprisingly large. It can cook a good size batch no problem. Simple cleaning process too. Very highly recommended!
