Vulcan VCRG24-M Description
The Vulcan VCRG24-M Griddle is a gas-heated medium-duty countertop griddle that can keep up with the most demanding commercial kitchen’s needs with its 24” wide griddle plate. This griddle features a 1” thick polished steel griddle plate for excellent heat retention and to evenly distribute heat from the U-shaped burners. Vulcan's selection of Flat Top Commercial grills & Griddles provides operators with a lot of options to best fit their needs.
Two infinite heat control valves provide simple to use controls to independently adjust burner temperatures. To evenly apply heat to the griddle plate the two 25,000 BTU/hr U-shaped aluminized steel burners are spaced 12” apart.
This griddle features a fully welded aluminized steel chassis for durability and stainless steel construction for the front, front top ledge, and sides making it easy to wipe down for cleaning. With a 4-½ qt, capacity grease can, this griddle has plenty of room for excess grease. The grease can is easy to remove from the front of the unit for simple grease management.
The cooking height of this unit is 12-½”, adjustable 4” legs are included to make keeping it level simple.
The total gas input of this griddle is 50,000 BTU/hr.
