With thermostatic controls, the Vulcan VCRG24-T Griddle is an excellent option for commercial kitchens that need a gas-heated countertop griddle that comes in at 24” wide. This dependable model can be found serving in kitchens around the world without issue. The polished steel griddle plate is 1” thick allowing it to easily retain heat from the U-shaped burners. The thick griddle plate also evens out the heat produced by the burners eliminating hot and cold spots on the cooking surface.

Precise control of the temperature is provided by two control knobs that can be set from 200°F to 450°F to get the results you need. Heat is evenly applied to the griddle plate by spacing the two 25,000 BTU/hr U-shaped burners 12” apart.

The sides, front, and front top ledge are made from stainless steel making it easy to clean the exterior and ensuring the unit will maintain its looks for years to come. The internal structure features fully welded aluminized steel to make sure it can stand up to the rigors of daily commercial use. To make grease removal easy, this griddle features a 4-½ qt. grease can that is easy to remove from the front or emptying whenever it’s convenient.

The cooking height of this griddle comes in at 12-½” and it is mounted on adjustable 4” legs to easily keep it level on the counter.

50,000 BTU/hr of gas input is required by this griddle through its ¾” rear gas connection.
