With a maximum production capacity of 295 lbs of full dice ice, the UDF-0310W NEO water-cooled ice machine with a 90-lb ice storage bin fits a reliable, energy-efficient ice-making solution into a 38.5" tall, 30" wide package. As one of the thoughtfully engineered Manitowoc NEO commercial ice machines, this model can produce more ice for less energy and water compared to previous models.

Operating this undercounter ice maker is simple and foolproof with its easily accessible front-mounted indicator panel that features universally recognized LED light icons to let you monitor what the unit is up to with just a glance. You won't have to open the bin to check if there are enough full-size cubes to use with the Full Bin indicator. If there is an urgent issue, the Service indicator will light up. To help you save on electric expenses, avoid waste, and stay stocked, this ice machine also has a Delay button that allows you to stop the production for four hours, a half-day, or the whole day and automatically resume when the time is up.

Saving you from a labor-intensive cleaning session, this Manitowoc Ice unit has a foodzone with removable parts with internal components protected by AlphaSan antimicrobial coating. There is an easily removable, dishwasher-friendly air filter that blocks dirt and grease from entering the condenser. Servicing can be done from the same place because the storage bin can easily be slid forward to reveal the inside of the undercounter ice machine. The unit stands on 6" gray-painted adjustable legs each with a flanged foot to keep the unit safely in place.
